VILLAGE OF MONTICELLO

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that three (3) Public Hearings will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Monticello on Wednesday, October 20th, 2021 at 6:00pm at Monticello Village Hall, 2 Pleasant Street, Monticello, New York 12701 to discuss the following issues:

1. Public Hearing for Proposed Local Law #7 of 2021 to amend Chapter 252, Vehicles and Traffic, section 18 of the Village Code, entitled, "All-Night parking" and section 19 of the Village Code, entitled, "Parking Prohibited at All times in Certain Locations"

2. Public Hearing for proposed Local Law #8 of 2021 to amend Chapter 216, Storage and Collection Regulations, section 4 of the Village Code, entitled, "Rubbish" deleting the old language and adding new language

3. Public Hearing-Proposed Local Law#9 of 2021 to amend Chapter A290 of the Village Code, entitled, "Schedule of Fees" for the Increase in Quarterly Water & Sewer Rates in the Village of Monticello

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the economical significance of said proposed Regulations & Local Laws will be reviewed by the Village Board of Trustees incident to and as a part of said public hearing. Copies of said proposed Regulations & Local Laws are available for review at Monticello Village Hall, 2 Pleasant Street, Monticello, New York 12701.
