2 Dairyland Road, Woodridge, NY 12789. To consider the application of 22 Green LLC, for a proposed area variance for building coverage of 69.5%, located on 22 Green Avenue, this application relates to the Village of Woodridge Tax Parcel Section 106 Block 2 Lot 10, located in
