NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the Village of Woodridge Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 7:15 pm on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at the Village of Woodridge Municipal Hall, 2 Dairyland Road, Woodridge, NY 12789 in the matter of the application of Cherry Hill, a proposed 70-unit development, on 23 acres, said property is located on Old Falls Road, Woodridge, NY 12789 and is on the Village of Woodridge Tax Map as Section 111 Block 1 Lot 3.11. Copies of said application are available for review at the Village of Woodridge Clerk's Office. At said time and place all those interested in the subject matter of this application will be heard. By the order of the Village of Woodridge Planning Board.
