VILLAGE OF WURTSBORO

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Village of Wurtsboro will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 7, 2022 at 6:45 p.m. at the Village Hall, 7 Pennsylvania Avenue, Wurtsboro, New York 12790, to discuss the following proposed Local Law:

LOCAL LAW #1 OF 2022 AMENDING SECTION THREE SUBPARAGRAPH (b) OF LOCAL LAW #5 OF 1974 FOR THE REGULATION OF PARKING WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF WURTSBORO, NEW YORK.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that a temporary emergency measure has been adopted, prohibiting parking upon the streets of the Village between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. through April 1, 2022 and that the Village shall install such signage as may be necessary and appropriate in the opinion of the Mayor of the Village of Wurtsboro, with said temporary emergency measures remaining in effect until such time as Local Law #1 of 2022 shall be enacted, at which time Local Law #1 of 2022 shall govern and the temporary emergency measures shall be merged into the new Local Law.
