LEGAL NOTICE

WHEREAS, pursuant to General Municipal Law the White Sulphur Springs Fire District, Town of Liberty, County of Sullivan, State of New York, did establish a capital reserve fund for the purpose repairing, replacing and/or maintaining the buildings governed by the White Sulphur Springs Fire District.

WHEREAS, the White Sulphur Springs Fire District is looking to expend from this capital reserve fund for the purpose of replacing the roof on an existing structure.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the White Sulphur Springs Fire District is hereby authorized to expend from the capital reserve fund $113,000.00 for the replacement of the roof of the firehouse located at 3352 State Route 52, White Sulphur Springs, New York.

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution and this expenditure is subject to a permissive referendum.
