WOODRIDGE JOINT FIRE DISTRICT
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Woodridge Joint Fire District ("Fire District") in the Village of Woodridge, Sullivan County invites sealed bid proposals for the purchase of new CAN AM Defender 6x6 XT Oxford Blue to meet the needs of the Woodridge Joint Fire District in accordance with the specifications and general conditions prepared by the Fire District.
Bid documents, including a Non-Collusive Bidding Certification, may be obtained weekdays during normal business hours commencing March 18, 2021 from the Fire District Secretary at by emailing the Fire District Secretary at wfddonna@gmail.com. Persons seeking to obtain bid documents or deliver sealed bids are encouraged to contact the Fire District Secretary in advance at to coordinate availability. All proposals shall be made in accordance with the bid documents and include the forms so provided.
Sealed bid proposals will be received by the Fire District Secretary at the Fire District office until 12:00 p.m. on Saturday April 9, 2022. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the Woodridge Joint Fire District office thereafter. It is anticipated that the Fire District will review and award the bid on at its regular meeting held on Tuesday April 12, 2022 at 7:00 PM.
The Woodridge Joint Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals.
