WOODRIDGE JOINT FIRE DISTRICT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a Regular Meeting conducted on 05/10/2022, the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Woodridge Joint Fire District approved the following resolution:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that:

Pursuant to Section 6-g of the General Municipal Law, the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Woodridge Joint Fire District hereby approves the expenditure of an amount not to exceed $54,000.00 from the Fire District’s Capital Reserve Fund for the purpose of purchasing land for the Fire District.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that this Resolution is subject to permissive referendum.

THE RESOLUTION WAS APPROVED.
