PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with Education Law (8 NYCRR §155.17 (e) (3)), a public hearing of the District Wide Safety Plan of the Board of Cooperative Educational Services of Sullivan County and the School Resource Officer Agreement will be held at the Sullivan BOCES Offices and Conference Center, located at 15 Sullivan Avenue Suite 1, Liberty, New York, on June 20, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in order to present the amendments to the District Wide Safety Plan and SRO Agreement. Details of the Safety Plan may be reviewed on the Sullivan BOCES website

Public comment will be accepted for a period of up to 30 days after the date of the hearing.
