NOTICE IS HERE GIVEN: In accordance with Article 10 of the Village of Woodridge Sewer Use Ordinance; the Village of Woodridge will issue a discharge permit to Newburgh Egg authorizing Newburgh Egg to discharge industrial waste into the Village's waste water treatment system subject to specific conditions set forth in the permit.

A copy of the Industrial User Permit shall be available for public inspection, by appointment during normal business hours, at the Village Clerk's Office,
