NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Cochecton Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on October 7, 2026 at the Town Hall located at 74 Smales Road Lake Huntington, NY 12752 beginning at 6:30 p.m. upon the application of Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless to install a cell tower on a property owned by The Town of Cochecton located at Nearing Road in the Town of Cochecton, SBL: 9-3-25.3.
