Notice is hereby given that the Town of Lumberland Town Board will conduct a Public Hearing regarding the demolition and removal of Unsafe Buildings (2) located at 151 Haring Road, Glen Spey, NY 12737. SBL 26.-1-35.1. The Building Inspection Report is filed with the Office of the Town Clerk and can be viewed during regular business hours, Monday - Friday, 9am to 3pm. Notice is further given that said Public Hearing will commence on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 7:05pm or as soon thereafter as said public hearing shall be convened and located at the Town Hall, 1054 Proctor Rd. Glen Spey, NY 12737 at which time all persons interested will be heard.
