NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION FOR AUTHORIZATION TO DISBURSE FUNDS FROM A RESERVE ACCOUNT FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING NEW EQUIPMENT WHEREAS, there has been introduced and presented at a regular meeting of the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Jeffersonville Fire District held on April 2, 2024, a Resolution to authorize the withdrawal of funds in the amount of sixteen thousand dollars ($16,000.00) from the Capital Reserve Fund for Protective Gear Savings Account. Subject to permissive referendum.
