NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL

(Pursuant to Section 506, 526(1), 1526 of the Real Property Tax Law)

Notice is hereby given that the Acting Assessor of the Town of Liberty, County of Sullivan has completed the tentative assessment roll for the year of 2022 and filed in the Town Clerk's office at 120 North Main St, Liberty NY, during business hours where it may be seen and examined by any interested person. The Acting Assessor or designee will be in attendance with the tentative roll on May 7th, 10:00 AM-12:00 PM, May 10th 6:00 PM-8:00PM, the l6th and 19th 9:00 AM-12:00 PM.

The Board of Assessment review will meet for the purpose of hearing complaints on Real Property on Tuesday May 24th. 2022 from 5:00 - 9:00PM. Complaint forms and instructions are available at the Assessor's Office during business hours 8:30AM-4:30PM.
