NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL

(Pursuant to Section 506, 526 (1), 1526 of the Real Property Tax Law)

Notice is hereby given that the Assessor for the Town of Delaware, County of Sullivan has completed the Tentative Roll for the year of 2022 and filed in the Town Clerk's Office at the Town Hall, 104 Main St, Hortonville NY, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until Grievance Day. The Tentative Assessment Roll is also available for viewing of the Sullivan County website- sullivanny.us per requirement of RPTL section 1590(2). The assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Roll May 17th,9:00AM-1:00PM By appt only, May 19th, 9:00AM-1:00PM By appt only, May 20th, 6:00-8:00PM By appt only and May 21st, 1:00-3:00PM By appt only.

The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 24th, 2022 from 3:00pm-5:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm.
