NOTICE OF PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM

of the SUMMITVILLE FIRE DISTRICT

NOTICE Is HEREBY GIVEN that at a Regular Meeting of the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Summitville Fire District held on September 29, 2022, the Board duly adopted the following Resolution, summarized below, subject to permissive referendum:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:

Pursuant to section 6-g of the General Municipal Law, the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Summitville Fire District does hereby approve the expenditure of an amount not to exceed $98,000.00 from the Building and Grounds Capital Reserve Fund for the purpose of renovations to the firehouse; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution is subject to a permissive referendum.
