Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Board, Town of Fremont, will meet and hold a Public Hearing on the Preliminary Budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2023. The hearing will be held at the Town of Fremont Town Hall in Fremont Center, N.Y. on November 9, 2022 at 7:15 p.m. All interested persons will be heard. The Preliminary Budget is on file at the Town Clerk's Office where it may be inspected by any interested persons during office hours. Pursuant to Section 108 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the elected Town Officials are hereby specified as follows:

Supervisor $10,461.00

Town Clerk / Tax Collector $21,509.00

Councilmen (4) $2,925.50

Town Justices (2) $5,451.00

Highway Superintendent $41,714.00
