NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Monticello will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 14, at 6:00 o'clock p.m., for the property located on Liberty Street and Crystal Street, Monticello, New York in person

The property is owned by CMC Venture Holdings, LLC and is located on Tax Map parcel Section 105, Block 4, and Lot 1, (S-B-L 105.-4-1) and is in the B-1-O (Business) Zoning District.

The applicant is seeking to develop the parcel for a commercial office building.

A copy of the proposed plans are on file in the office of the Village Clerk and available for inspection by interested persons during Village Clerk's business hours.

The Planning Board will at the above date, time and place hear all persons interested in the subject matter hereof. Persons may appear in person or by agent. All written communications addressed to the Board must be received by the Board at or prior to the public hearing.
