Notice to Bidders

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for the following:

CRUSHED STONE

Sealed bids, bearing the name and address of the bidder on the face of the envelope, shall be submitted to Town Clerk Tess McBeath at her office 104 Main Street, Hortonville, NY until 3:00 p.m. Friday February 24, 2023 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk or the Town Superintendent of Highways at his office 4277 State Route 17B, Hortonville, NY.

The Town Board and the Superintendent of Highways reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding and to re-advertise for new bids.
