Notice to Residents of Liberty

ADA (Section 504) Grievance Procedure

The Town of Liberty fully endorses state and federal law regarding barrier free access to public facilities including the Town of Liberty Town Hall.

The Town of Liberty, Sullivan County has established an ADA (Section 504) Grievance Procedure. Any person which concerns about handicapped access to the Town of Liberty Town Hall may contact the Town Clerk to obtain a copy of the Town's adopted ADA (Section 504) Grievance Procedure.
