ith a lineup of legendary musicians, Ringo Starr’s All-Starr Band at Bethel felt like a celebration and walk down rock history. Ringo brought his trademark humor and positive spirit to the stage. Alongside him, the current formation of his rotating All-Starr Band included Steve Lukather, Colin Hay, Warren Ham, Hamish Stuart, Gregg Bissonette, and Buck Johnson.

The crowd was enthusiastic from beginning to end, singing along to songs that have graced radio, film, and households across the world for decades. A surprising feature of the crowd was the impressive number of children singing along, cheering, and shouting “we love you Ringo” throughout the evening.

The group, comprised of members of Toto, Men at Work, and various other infamous classic rock bands, delivered a fantastic mix of familiar hits, with each musician getting a chance to showcase their own remarkable history and talent.

Steve Lukather, Warren Ham, and the band delivered Toto favorites including “Rosanna,” “Hold the Line,” and the crowd-pleasing “Africa.” Colin Hay brought the unmistakable sound of Men at Work to the stage with “Down Under,” “Overkill,” and “Who Can It Be Now?”

And, of course, the night belonged in part to Ringo and his extraordinary history with The Beatles. “Yellow Submarine” brought a playful burst of nostalgia, while “With a Little Help from My Friends” served as a fitting reminder of the connection between Ringo and generations of music lovers.

The evening ended with a performance of John Lennon’s “Give Peace a Chance,” complementing Ringo’s own familiar message of peace and love, leaving the crowd with a memorable night of rock ’n’ roll history.
