Cornwall-60 Monticello-40

Cornwall improved their record to 12-2, 6-1 with this win over host, Monticello.  Cornwall’s Jack Demetriow led all scorers with 24 pts. His teammate Malik Sonko netted 11.

Monticello was led in scoring by Javien Williams who scored 12pts on four 3-pointers, and Jayden Berrios Cuevas added 9pts. The Panthers hold a current record of 0-10-0 in the conference and 2-16-0 overall. Monticello will meet Washingtonville tonight in an away matchup at 6 pm.

 

February 5

Tri-Valley- 46  Chester-21

Leading scorers for TV: Jenna Carmody with 14, Jordan Dymond with 12 and Allyson Chevalier had 8. Jemma Bastain  led Chester with 8 and Annie Rusich scored 6. TV is 3-0-0 in conference play and 10-4-0 overall. Chester is 0-5-0 in conference play and 6-12-0 overall. These two squads will meet again tomorrow night, February 19 at 6:30 pm on Tri-Valley’s home court.

Liv.Mnr/Ros- 59 Chapel Field- 54

Ben Johnston of Manor led all scorers with 24 points and Kaleb Maldonado scored 16. For Chapel Field Matt Kelly led his team with 21points and teammate Micah McDuffy had 14. Liv. Mnr/Ros holds an overall record of 

5-11-0 and 3-2-0 in conference play. Chapel Field holds a current record of 2-4-0 in the conference and 4-8-0 overall. The Wildcats will travel to S.S. Seward tonight to play the Spartans at 5 pm.

 

February 10

Port Jervis- 74 Fallsburg- 54

Austin Mack scored 21 points for the visitors, Port Jervis to lead all scorers. Dolshun Carroll scored 17 and Kevin Mesnick had 14. Donovan Hart led the Comets in scoring with 13, Daryl McPherson had 12 and Xzavier Berrios scored 10. Fallsburg currently holds a record of 0-6-0 in conference play and 1-16-0 overall. Port Jervis’ overall record is all even with 9-9-0 in overall play and 4-2-0 in the conference.

The Comets will travel to S.S. Seward on February 20 to play the Spartans at 6 pm.
