The Sullivan 180 Healthiest Fire Department Challenge is going strong—and making our departments stronger too! Smallwood-Mongaup Valley Fire Department holds the lead at Week 16 with 140 points; Kauneonga Lake is in second place, and Jeffersonville is close behind. With over 30 points, Livingston Manor and Swan Lake have reached Tier 1, earning their department a $250 grant at the end of the Challenge to continue supporting their health. The departments had another busy week, enjoying healthy snacks and salads, fun workouts, and updating their health boards to offer resources and share events with department members.
White Lake Fire Department (featured) did a push-up challenge at drill and enjoyed some healthy snacks. White Lake firefighter Carl McGuire won the challenge with 40 push-ups!
