SWAN LAKE - The Sullivan Catskills Visitors Association is proud to announce the unveiling of the 79th Dove in the iconic Sullivan Catskills Dove Trail. 

This newest dove, located at Lavender Sky Farms, 413 Horseshoe Lake Road, Swan Lake is being brought to life by award-winning artist Kim Simons, whose work has decorated several of our local doves and celebrates the vibrant spirit and creative legacy of our region. 

The Dove unveiling ceremony will be on July 5 at 11am followed by a complimentary reception featuring refreshing lavender lemonade and light bites, set on the farm’s scenic lavender field. 

This special celebration is part of Lavender Sky Farms’ Open House, taking place July 5-6 from 11:00am-2pm. Guests are welcome to picnic on the field at no cost.

 For those looking to take a bit of the experience home, fresh lavender bundles will be available to cut for $20 per person (limit one per guest).
