ROSCOE – The Sullivan County Audubon Society is pleased to welcome Dr. Douglas Robinson, an Associate Professor of Biology at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY for its October 23rd Annual Dinner.

Dr. Robinson will be presenting on Crows and Ravens, which are regularly confused: they’re both big, black birds. Size aside, these Corvid cousins have very different lifestyles, from family associations to population trends. Join for a discussion on a pair of species that loom large in our cultural history and everyday lives.

You don’t have to be a member to enjoy this wonderful presentation, dinner and raffle. (And please bring a bird-related item for the raffle - this is their only fundraiser of the year!) Doors open at 5pm with dinner at 6pm at the Rockland House, located at 159 Rockland Rd., Roscoe, NY 12776. For additional info, visit sullivanaudubon.org and email Maura Miller at meadowhavenflowers@gmail.com by Tuesday, October 13.
