LIBERTY – District 6 Legislator Luis Alvarez presented a certificate of recognition, on behalf of the entire Legislature, to local resident Judith Kogon today on the occasion of her 107th birthday.
She was also celebrated by her friends and the staff at Achieve Rehab in Liberty, where a grand party was held. Happy Birthday, Judy!
