MONTICELLO – Tiktok star Ziani and her free flying macaws will be the guest speaker Thursday, October 8th, at the Catskill Exotic Bird Club meeting at 20 Crystal Street in Monticello. The meeting begins at 7PM.

Ziani will discuss and demonstrate her training procedures, and she will have one of her talented birds to demonstrate. Everyone interested in exotic birds or just curious about these extravagantly beautiful birds is invited. Admission is free and refreshments will be served. This is a rare chance to see these birds up close and personal and to meet Ziani. Call (845) 794-7966 for more information.

“We’re rallying to remind people that voting is critical given the administration’s attempts to create confusion and discourage people from going to the polls,” said Deerpark activist Lois Harford. “The best way to defend our right to vote is to go out and vote,” she said.

“We don’t tell people who to vote for, but we hope they’ll look at what’s going on in the world and support those candidates who support peace, an end to ICE terror, and funding for healthcare, food benefits and environmental protections,” said Dolores Schaefer.
