NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the

Town of Bethel at Duggan Elementary School, Meeting Room, 3460 Route 55, White Lake, NY

12786, on the 25th day of January 2023 at 8 PM regarding the filing by the Code

Enforcement Officer of the Town of Bethel of a report in writing dated November 7, 2022

containing her findings and recommendations regarding garbage and debris and unlicensed

motor

vehicles and operating a non-permitted junk yard on properties known as 32 Foster Road, Town

of Bethel Tax Map #: 40.-1-64, and 22 Foster Road, Town of Bethel Tax Map #: 40.-1-65

and for authorization for the Town Board to undertake work to remove the rubbish and conduct

any other necessary work to clean up the properties so they are not in violation of Town of

Bethel

Code Section 279, at the sole expense of the property owners.

Any resident of the Town of Bethel is entitled to be heard at such Public Hearing.
