NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION

EXPENDITURE FROM HIGHWAY VEHICLE AND

EQUIPMENT CAPITAL RESERVE FUND

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Mamakating, at a regular meeting held on July 19, 2022, duly adopted a resolution, subject to permissive referendum, to expend $13,359.00 from the Highway Vehicle and Equipment Capital Reserve Fund for the purchase and installation of a replacement fuel pump by American Petroleum & Equipment Construction Company, Inc.
