Officers must complete an officer record book each year that gets turned into the leaders and Penn State Extension Office in September. It is a story of their year in office. They must also attend officer trainings with the leaders and county workshops to help them learn their role as a club officer. Officers are responsible for working with leaders to plan the club meetings and activities and serve as role models and mentors for other 4-H members.
Children ages 5-18, as of January 1, are encouraged to learn more about all 4-H has to offer. Enrollment is happening until December 15th. Please call the Penn State Extension Office in Honesdale at 570-616-0880 to find a club in your area.
