NARROWSBURG — On Sunday, November 1, the Upper Delaware Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (UDUUF) will present a ceremony of remembrance of El Día de los Muertos, the annual Mexican holiday that honors and remembers the dead, mixing celebration and mourning.

The service, presented by Pat Sanders, will feature festive decorations, an ofrenda (altar), an explanation and reading from Peter Morales, and a meditation and honoring of our beloved deceased. Members and visitors are invited to bring mementos or photos to add to the ofrenda.

The service begins at 10:15 a.m. in Room 102 of the Narrowsburg Union, 7 Erie Avenue, Narrowsburg, N.Y. All are welcome. The service is also available on Zoom (Meeting ID: 937 630 1223; passcode: 123).
