NARROWSBURG - Chelsea Falotico of the Wayne County Victims Intervention Program (VIP) will describe services available in northeastern Pennsylvania to prevent and stop domestic violence at the Sunday, February 8th meeting of the Upper Delaware Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. The service will be conducted in-person in Room 102 of the Narrowsburg Union, 7 Erie Avenue, Narrowsburg, New York.

VIP is one of four local organizations chosen during 2024 as beneficiaries of the Bud Rue Memorial Walk for Social Justice held on October 26th. At this meeting, a $1,000 check will be presented to Ms. Falotico by the UDUUF as an unrestricted donation to VIP to use in furtherance of its ministry in the community. Other organizations, in addition to VIP, receiving $1,000 checks this year will include Wayne County Habitat for Humanity (HFH), Growing Older Together (GOT), and Sullivan Allies Leading Together (SALT).

The Sunday morning services of the UDUUF are held in person at 10:15 AM in the Narrowsburg Union, 7 Erie Ave., Room 102, Narrowsburg, NY 12764, and live-streamed on Zoom. For more information about this or upcoming weekly programs, see upperdelawareuu.org or email uduuf2022@gmail.com.
