SULLIVAN COUNTY – Got a great idea for an event, activity or program just for teens? Bring it to WSPL and we’ll help make it a reality! Whether you want to start a Comic Book Club, host a Clothing Swap and Donation Drive, or throw an amazing Open Mic Night, our new Teen Mini-Grant Program is designed to support programming FOR teens, BY teens!

Local teens are encouraged to apply by October 31 to submit their program idea for a chance to win a $100 stipend and create something meaningful for their peers. We encourage any ideas that will promote literacy, STEM, arts, wellness or community building that center around teens in our community. Winning projects will also receive up to $200 for program expenses, and support from WSPL staff to help bring their vision to life. Up to two winners will be selected!

Applications open September 1 and close October 31 for 2026 programs. Applicants must be aged 14-18 and possess a valid Western Sullivan Public Library card.
