Where ever they move to they would make their own living environment happen while the state they leave will suffer, case in point is NY where not only the rich are leaving but many people and businesses have also.

You do know that when you make the rich pay more that means WE pay more to make up for their loss? They just raises prices on the items they sell to us and any way/where they deal with us commercially.

So when they raise taxes on the rich it is a raise in taxes for us.

The only ones that don't get affected by this are the multi-rich politicians we have in congress - maybe if their pockets start to get hit as much then maybe we will get some responsible management, until the WE will keep paying for what they spend.
