Bethel Woods Family Concert Series kicks off

Posted

Bethel Woods Center for the Arts has launched its Family Concert Series with a bang, featuring the music of Taylor Swift. Partnering with the Rock and Roll Playhouse, this monthly concert series is for the whole family and happens on the first Saturday of each month through the summer.

“Get ready to rock out to the legends of rock history while diving into creative activities that celebrate Bethel Woods’ groovy past and its vision for a better world through music and art,” says the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts website.

While the tunes were playing from Swift’s extensive catalog of music, kids, parents, and caregivers were busy crafting friendship bracelets and making magic wands to wave to their favorite songs.

Didn’t bring a picnic blanket? No problem! Bethel Woods Center for the Arts handed out chairs and blankets so everyone could relax and enjoy the music from the Horizon Stage.

And here’s the best part: admission is “pay what you can,” starting at just $5.00. So, no matter your budget, you can join in on the fun and make some musical memories.
