MONTICELLO – The Sullivan County Board of Realtors (SCBR) proudly announces Cathleen Breen as “SCBR – Realtor Of The Year 2024”. 

Cathleen has been chosen by the SCBR ‘Realtor of the Year’ Committee for her exceptional community involvement and professionalism, for dedicating time on multiple SCBR Committees and for servicing in multiple board positions including President in 2019. 

Cathleen’s award was also recognized by NYSAR at the Mid-Winter Business Meetings this February.

Cathleen’s passion for preserving the town’s natural and historical resources is evident through her work with the Town of Tusten’s Historical Society and the Conservation Advisory Council. She advises on developing, managing, and protecting these assets for future generations.

Her dedication extends to serving as the first alternate on the Upper Delaware Council, focusing on protecting home rule authority and safeguarding private property rights. Cathleen’s community involvement also includes coordinating a free ecumenical luncheon and actively participating in GOT – GrowingOlderTogether.Org helping seniors live independently.

She has earned many real estate designations including the New York State Association of Realtors Leadership Academy. This prestigious program helps leaders shape local, state, and national real estate.
