MONTICELLO — The Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce recently announced the winners of the 2025 Business Excellence Awards. These awards celebrate individuals, businesses and organizations that demonstrate outstanding leadership, service, innovation and commitment to the Sullivan County community.

The winners were selected through a two-round voting process, beginning with public nominations and concluding with a final vote by the Sullivan County Chamber membership. 

The winners will be recognized at the 2025 Business Excellence Awards and Annual Meeting held on Thursday, November 13 at the Hurleyville Performing Arts Centre. The evening will bring together business and community leaders to honor those whose dedication and accomplishments continue to strengthen and inspire Sullivan County.

Businessperson of the Year

Recognizes an individual for outstanding leadership and business success.

Distinguished Achievement Award

New Hope Community, Inc.

Recognizes an individual or organization for significant and lasting contributions to the region.

Distinguished Service Award

Lynn Morales, Community Engagement Support Specialist, Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson

Recognizes an individual for extraordinary community service and volunteerism.

Emerging Leader Award

Jesse Robinson, Founder & CEO, JR Capital Solutions

Recognizes a rising professional making meaningful change.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Workplace Excellence Award

Kathy Kreiter, Program Administrator, Sullivan County Federation for the Homeless

Recognizes a workplace for commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.

Catskill Animal Rescue Inc. (CARE)

Presented to a local nonprofit organization in recognition of its outstanding service, impact, and dedication to the Sullivan County community.
