Daniel Louis Hendrickson, of Jeffersonville, NY, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2024 at home with his loving family at his side. He was 64.

He was the son of the late Cecil and Shirley “Dolly” (Dauch) Hendrickson, born on July 28, 1959 in Liberty, NY.

Daniel was a proud graduate of the Jeff Youngsville School, where he began dating his high school sweetheart Caroline. Daniel worked in construction for many years and was the highway superintendent and water operator for the Village of Jeffersonville. In his free time he enjoyed coaching basketball, track and football and officiated many sports including track, cross country, basketball, softball, football and soccer. He was also an avid golfer and muscle car enthusiast and particularly loved restoring classic cars, among the many other hobbies that he had including hunting, motorcycles, and spending time with friends and family. Daniel was also a founding member of the Smugglers Nob, Rod & Gun Club.

He is survived by his wife Caroline Hendrickson; children Erik Hendrickson and his wife Stacy; Danielle Long and Colleen Hendrickson; grandchildren Paige, Miranda and Daniel Hendrickson, Hunter Appley, Harold Young, Jr., Allison Steele, Hannah, Ava and Cody Long; siblings Cindy Babcock and her husband Randy, Charles Hendrickson and his wife Denise, and Stacey Kent and her husband George; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his nephew Scott Hendrickson.

A gathering will be held 11 to 11:30am on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at Colonial-Ramsay Funeral Home, 3534 State Route 55, Kauneonga Lake, NY 12749. A funeral service will be held at 11:30am at the funeral home.
