SULLIVAN COUNTY — May 16, DKG, Tau Chapter met for the spring dinner meeting held at Michelangelo’s Restaurant and Pizzeria in Jeffersonville, NY. Members enjoyed delicious food and fellowship. 

At this meeting, Tau Chapter inducted two new members, Fran Peters, elementary teacher at Fallsburg Central School for 17 years and Cynthia McKay, English consultant teacher at Sullivan County BOCES, Liberty, NY for 12 years. Together, these two teachers have dedicated 53 years to teaching here in Sullivan County in their present positions as well as at other schools. Tau Chapter is honored to welcome these dedicated teachers to the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International, an organization which promotes professional and personal growth of women educators and excellence in education.
