‘Giddy Up’ Bethel, Shania’s in town!

Shania Twain graced the pavilion stage at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts last Monday night with a sold out show despite stormy weather. The crowd waited out the storm after opening act Priscilla Block finished her set and got quite the surprise when Twain popped out in the middle of the crowd for her first number.

Performing songs from her new album, Queen of Me, plus all her top hits like “Honey, I’m Home”, “That Don’t Impress Me Much”, “Forever and for Always”, “Any Man of Mine”, and “You’re Still The One,” the crowd was pumped up! Half way through the show, Twain invited a fan up on stage, reading her inspiring tweet about how Shania’s music shaped her in so many ways and saved her life.

The fan then sang “Life’s About to Get Good” on stage with Twain before the second half of the show. Finishing out the night with a stellar performance of “Man, I Feel Like a Woman!” wearing her original outfit from the music video, Twain had everyone at Bethel Woods dancing the whole night away.
