WAYNE COUNTY, PA/UPPER DELAWARE NATIONAL & SCENIC RECREATION AREA - On Saturday, July 13, 2024 the Damascus Manor Community Center (DMCC) will be offering its second monthly pancake breakfast of the season from 8 AM to 11 AM at its facility at 60 Conklin Hill Road, Damascus, PA 18415. 

Everyone from both sides of the Delaware River as well as visitors to the area are welcome to attend.

It will be the best of small town cooking prepared by the volunteers of DMCC, a truly local tasty breakfast which includes classic and buckwheat pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, and applesauce. Eggs are from Tom Candela’s coops. 

Syrup is provided by Jeff & Linda Dexter, members of NEPA Maple Syrup Producers. Of course, there will be coffee and juice. All this and camaraderie and conversation with neighbors and new friends for $12/adults, $7/children 12 and under. (Cash only please.)

Proceeds from these breakfasts fund worthy causes in the community, including local first responders.Recycling will take place from 9-noon in the parking lot.

Families with children should always take advantage of the wonderful new playground on the township grounds. 

Guests are welcome to dine indoors in the center or outside in its picnic and events shed right by the playground; Damascus Manor Community Center is available for rent for events and activities.
