We finally made it to February with what seemed like the longest January on record! Crazy weather, long days, and lots of things to do. Check out the following events happening in our community and surrounding areas.

The Federation of Sportsman’s Club of Sullivan County will sponsor youth to attend DEC Summer camp at DeBruce. One-week camps, youths aged 11-13, Monday – Friday, starting the last week of June until the end of August. For more information, please visit www.dec.ny.gov for summer camp information and sign ups. For older youths aged 14-17 they can attend camp at Pack Forest. Please register by March 24. Save the Date! The Sullivan West High School Musical Production Club is excited to present Guys and Dolls, A Musical Fable of Broadway. Dates are Friday March 8th and Saturday March 9th at 7PM, as well as Sunday March 10th at 2pm located at the High School auditorium at Lake Huntington. Ticket prices are as follows: Adults - $10, Students - $6, Senior Citizens (62+) – FREE and a Sunday Special – 4-pack $25 / 5-pack $30. This production has been made possible through special arrangements with Music Theatre International (MTI). Based on a story and characters of Damon Runyon. Music and lyrics by Frank Loesser. The Villa Roma Ski Hill is offering local pricing this ski season! A great opportunity to learn to ski with the whole family. Hours are as follows, weather permitting; Friday 5-9pm: skiing and tubing, Saturday: 10-6pm skiing and tubing, Sunday: 10-5pm skiing and tubing. The Delaware Valley Arts Nest invites you to submit your work for our upcoming exhibition, “Metamorphosis.” Showcase your artistic interpretation of transformation and change in captivating 2D pieces with a deadline of February 19.
