LEGAL NOTICE

January 12, 2022

The re-organizational meeting of the Commissioners of the North Branch Fire District was called to order at 6:37 p.m. by Secretary Karen Theadore.

Members present were: Bob Theadore, Joann Brockner, Jack Brockner, Jim Hahl, & John Schick.

Also present: Alan Welton & Karen Theadore.

A motion was made by Joann Brockner to nominate Robert Theadore as Chairman. It was seconded by Jack Brockner. A motion was made to close the polls. Motion carried. Secretary cast one ballot.

A motion was made by Bob Theadore to nominate Jack Brockner as Vice Chairman. It was seconded by Joann Brockner. A motion was made to close the polls. Motion carried. Secretary cast one ballot.

A motion was made by Bob Theadore to nominate Karen Theadore as Secretary/Records Management Officer. It was seconded by Joann Brockner. A motion was made to close the polls. Motion Carried. Secretary cast one ballot.

A motion was made by Joann Brockner to hold the regular monthly district meetings on the second Wednesday of each month (exception would be if it falls on a holiday, it would be the following Wednesday) at 6:30 p.m. at the North Branch Firehouse. It was seconded by John Schick. A motion was made to close the polls. Motion carried. Secretary cast one ballot.

A motion was made by John Schick to designate the Sullivan County Democrat as the official district newspaper. It was seconded by Joann Brockner. A motion was made to close the polls. Motion carried. Secretary cast one ballot.

A motion was made by Joann Brockner to select any qualified attorney as the District's attorney. It was seconded by Bob Theadore. A motion was made to close the polls. Motion carried. Secretary cast one ballot.

A motion was made by Bob Theadore to designate Jeff Bank, Catskill Hudson Bank & Wayne Bank as official district depositories. It was seconded by John Schick. A motion was made to close the polls. Motion carried. Secretary cast one ballot.

Secretary was instructed to publish results in the district newspaper. Motion made by Joann Brockner and seconded by John Schick. Motion carried.

There being no further business, John Schick made motion to adjourn at 7:10 p.m. It was seconded by Joann Brockner.
