Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Highland will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 190 of the Town of Highland Code, on the application of Frank Monteleone for an Area Variance for property identified as Town of Highland Section 2, Block 1, Lot 3.

Said hearing will be held on the 20th day of January 2022 at the Eldred Town Hall, Proctor Road, Eldred, NY at 7:00 O'clock PM, at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
