Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Highland will hold a public hearing pursuant to section 190 of the Town of Highland Code, on the application of Fred Reber for property identified as the Town of Highland Section 27, Block 8, Lot 2.1 located on the corner of State Route 97 and County Rd.21A in Barryville NY 12719 . Mr. Reber has applied for a Minor Sub-Division. Said hearing will be held on the 24th day of May 2023 at the Town Hall 2 Proctor Road, Eldred NY 12732 at 6:00 O’clock PM, at which all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
