LEGAL NOTICE

Pursuant to Section 175 of the Town Law constituting Chapter 27 of the regular election of the officers of the Kenoza Lake Fire District in the Town of Delaware, Cochecton and Bethel, Sullivan County, NY will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at the Kenoza Lake Fire Department meeting room, Kenoza Lake, NY.

The polls will be open between the hours from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. for the purpose of electing one commissioner for a term of five years. Candidates for this office must file their names with the secretary prior to November 26, 2021. Please send any nominations to Kenoza Lake Fire District, PO Box 323, Kenoza Lake, NY 12750.
