South Fallsburg Fire District

NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual

Election of the South Fallsburg FIRE DISTRICT will take place on December 14, 2021 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Fallsburg Fire House located at 10 Railroad Ave South Fallsburg, N.Y. in the upstairs meeting room for the purpose of electing:

One Commissioner for a five (5) year term commencing January 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2026.

All voters registered with the Sullivan County Board of Elections on or before November 22, 2021 and residing in the South Fallsburg Fire District shall be eligible to vote. Candidates should file their names with the Secretary of the South Fallsburg Fire District at PO Box 772 South Fallsburg, NY 12779 no later than November 24, 2021 in order to ensure their name appears on the ballot. Date: November 12, 2021.
