NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Bethel will continue the public hearing held on August 25, 2021 according to the Code of the Town of Bethel Chapter 279 Solid Waste on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 7:45 p.m. prevailing time at the Dr. Duggan Community Center, Meeting Room, 3460 Rt. 55, White Lake, New York on the following structure: Tax Map Section, Block and Lot #38-1-5.9 (10 Brittman Road, Mongaup Valley, NY 12762) assessed to Alexandros Demetriades. The owner is hereby ordered that the premises be cleared of all debris, garbage, and vehicles. The removal of said debris, garbage and vehicles shall commence within 30 days of the service of the notice and shall be completed within 60 days thereafter otherwise the town may remove the debris, garbage and vehicles at your expense. The purpose of the hearing is to determine whether said order to remove the debris, garbage and vehicles shall be affirmed, modified or vacated, and in the event of modification or affirmance, to assess all costs and expenses incurred by the Town in the said against the land on which debris, garbage and vehicles are located. The property owner shall have the right to contest the order of the Town Board at the time of the hearing in writing or in person.
