Amendment to Noise Permit

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Bethel Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. prevailing time at the Dr. Duggan Community Center, Meeting Room, 3460 Route 55, White Lake, New York 12786 for the modification or amendment of a noise permit issued to Yasgur Road Productions located at 34 Yasgur Road, Cochecton, NY 12726 pursuant to the Town of Bethel Code Chapter 220 entitled Noise.

Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communication in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board at such hearing.
