NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on December 9, 2021 @ 7:00 pm, at the Town Hall, 19 Legion Street Jeffersonville, N.Y. for a 2 Lot Subdivision - Ernst, at 4304 State Route 52, Parcel Section 23, Block 1, Lot 2.1 located in the Town of Callicoon. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board at such hearing. Snow date scheduled for December 10th, 2021 at 7 p.m.
