Special Meeting of the Town Board

A Special Meeting of the Town of Delaware Town Board will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at the Municipal Building, 104 Main Street, Hortonville, NY, immediately following the Public Hearing noticed for 4:00 p.m. that day, for the purpose of considering adoption of findings and a final order pursuant to Town Law §202-b, and adoption of a bond resolution all related to the proposed increase and improvement of the facilities of Sewer District No. 2 consisting of the construction of a new Wastewater Treatment Plant to replace the Callicoon Wastewater Treatment Plant, including rehabilitation of the pump station, demolition of existing Wastewater Treatment Plant, and other related improvements, in said Town, at a maximum estimated cost of $13,500,370; along with such other and further business as may come before the Board.
